During summer season : arrival and departure on Saturday.  
Out of season : short stay possible.

  • Organic and tasty breakfast (only on reservation) : 16 €
  • Baby cot :  : 10 € per night - possible service for Orée chênes & Esprit pierres
  • Household linen replacement during your stay:
    • Single bed linen replacement : 12 € / lit
    • Double bed linen replacement : 16 € / lit
    • Bathroom linen replacement : 8 € / pers
  • Each house has free internet access.
  • Possibility of recharging an electric vehicle (service invoiced on meter reading at the regulated EDF sales rate in force).

Breakfast

Tasty, complete and varied our breakfast are made up of seasonal products from local farms and orchards using sustainable or organic farming or from our own orchard : petits déjeuners savoureux

  • Fruit juce, fresh fruit salad or homemade compote,
  • sourdough bread baked in a wood-fired oven,
  • homemade jam,
  • sheep’s or goat’s yogurt,
  • cake home made,
  • egg or cheese,
  • tea, coffee or herbal tea.

Possibility of adapting to food intolerances.

Terms of sales

  • Our prices include VAT.

  • Tourist tax is in sus.

  • Each gîte is equipped with a free internet access (wifi)..

  • Our houses are «non smoking».

  • Pets are not allowed.

Booking conditions

  • A 25 % deposit is required to confirm the booking.

    The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.

    If booking within 30 days before arrival, the entire stay is required.

Cancellation conditions

  • If cancellation more than 30 days before arrival, deposit is non-refundable.
    If cancellation less than 30 days or no show, no refund will be made.
    If stay shortened, the price of the rental is a benefit for the owner. No refund will be made.

    Our booking engine offers cancellation/interruption insurance.

    The customer is reminded that he does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L 221-18 of the Consumer Code in accordance with article L 221-28 of the same code.

  • Payment is possible by bank card online, bank transfer.
    Arrival time : between 5pm to 7pm (Late reception possible on request).
    Departure time     : before 10am.   
    Weekly rental : summer season, on Saturday / out of season, possibilty other day. 
    Rental at week-end : only out of season, arrival time from 5pm departure before 5pm.
